Cat Boot Sale - Fund Raiser - A few club members have volunteered to give up their Sunday morning in August to do a car boot sale - All they need are items to sell!! All proceeds will go towards purchasing new equipment such as a starting machine for competitions, medicine balls for land training and other targeted equipment for the swimmers. Large Collections can be made from your home, or bring it into us on club night and we will store it until day of sale (End of August, weather permitting).

This year's Carn Brea Open Meet will be held on Saturday 2nd October at Penzance Leisure Centre. Select the Carn Brea Open Meet link on the right-hand menu. Please could everyone give a small donation for the raffle. The plan is to create a Cornish hamper and a "pamper hamper". Small items to make up these hampers would be much appreciated. Donations may be left at the desk on Monday nights. Thank you to everyone for their support.
NB: Silver hats for competitions are now available at the swim shop.

As a club we cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities from youngsters learning to swim right through to national ability competitive swimmers.
We encourage all of our members to improve their strokes, stamina and fulfil their own potential as a swimmer. Above all we aim to ensure that all members have an enjoyable and rewarding swimming career.
Carn Brea Swimming Club (CBSC) offers a structured environment which encourages involvement of its members at many different levels. CBSC aims to provide the opportunity for all swimmers, regardless of their ability, to be the best that they can be and to reach their highest level of achievement through hard work, discipline, support, encouragement and team spirit provided by the coaches,teachers,swimmers and parents.
Parents of swimmers are encouraged to support the club through membership on the committee. CBSC promotes a good family and social atmosphere where new members are always welcome.
Carn Brea Swimming Club has a long proud history of producing many of Cornwall’s best swimmers, a fact that is still very much applicable today.
